ROBERT BATELIĆ
Robert Batelić (1987., Pula) finished his elementery and highschoole music education at Music School Ivan Matetić- Ronjgov in Pula under Professor Marize Burić, and graduated on Academy of Music, University of Zagreb, in the class of Professor Ljubomir Gašparović. During his studies he attended many seminars world-renowned musicians and pedagogues: prof. Manane Kandelaki (in Grožnjanu from 1999. to 2002.), dr. prof. Arbo Valdme, prof. Eugena Indjica, prof. Konstantina Boginoa, prof. Jakše Zlatara, prof. Rubena Dalibaltayana, prof. Ljubomira Gašparovića, prof. Vladimira Babina, prof. Đorđa Stanettija, and also received the Rector’s Award of the University of Zagreb.
Robert participated in many competitions and won high awards: State Competition ((2001., 2003. i 2005.), State Chamber Music Competition (piano four hands – 1999., 2001., 2003. i 2007.), Competition „Zlatko Grgošević“ in Sesvete (2000.), International Competition „Etudes and Scales“ (2002.), International Competition for Piano Duo „Roma 2008“ in Roma, and 4th International Competition „Stanislav Stančić“ in Zagreb (2011.).
As soloist and member of varius chamber ensembles, Robert performed in almost all major cities of Croatia, Slovenia and Italy.
He currently works as a piano teacher and accompanist in Music School Ferdo Livadić, Samobor.
