Ivica Geček

Ivica Geček, an academic musician, tuba player, and professor of tuba, graduated in 2007 from the Music Academy in Zagreb and was awarded the special Rector’s Award for the 2004/2005 academic year. He furthered his education at seminars with renowned global brass pedagogues. He has collaborated with nearly all professional orchestras in Croatia. He is a member of the Ad Gloriam Brass ensemble, Sudar Percussion, and the Cantus ensemble. He is also involved in pedagogy and music notation. He is employed at the Pregrada Music School.
